Stickers are mostly made by me, in my little room. As a small business, I also make most of my packaging.

All prices listed at biibsthebee.com will be in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Please note that there may be additional fees charged by your bank for currency conversion when making payment with a non-Singapore based credit or debit cards.

Credit cards are accepted here and would be processed by Stripe.

For Singapore residents who do not have a debit/credit card, you can pay via PayNow! ;) Order here!!!

Singapore:

Standard mail: FREE SHIPPING on stickers + flat paper goods! This option doesn't include tracking.

Tracked letterbox delivery: SGD$3 flat rate. Applies to any product that isn't a sticker / sticker sheet / print / card.

International:

Shipping rates range from SGD$5-$23 based on item weight and type of shipping: Standard or Registered (Tracking).

There is a maximum order weight limit of 450g. Do reach out to me at hellobiibs@gmail.com if your order isn't able to process due to weight limit.

*Stickers Special* SGD$5 flat rate worldwide regardless of number of stickers, via standard mail (non-tracked).

YES I SHIP TO THE US but only for flat paper goods via standard letter mail. Postage costs a flat rate of SGD$5.

This means you can still shop stickers / sticker sheets / prints / cards on this website and they will be sent to you as a letter mail. There won't be tracking.

If you'd love to ship products to the USA, please drop me a message for a custom shipment! Duties and taxes have to be paid upon posting hence I will need to check with the local post office on the additional charges before invoicing you.

As my shop is based in Singapore, and any goods shipped to EU countries MAY be subjected to import taxes, customs duties, or fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your authorities and are beyond my control.

Important: As the recipient, you are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or additional customs fees that may incur. Please check with your local customs office for more information on any potential charges before placing your order.

I do not accept any returns or exchanges.

However if your order came defective or wrong, please reach out via the contact form or drop a message at hellobiibs@gmail.com, within 7 days of receiving your items.

Usually 1-3 working days, but up to 7 working days.

There may be times when I am on holiday and processing times will be longer, but this will be communicated before hand via the banner on the website :)

Should you need your item urgently, please drop us a message and I'll see what I can do :)

;( I am sorry to hear that. However, Biibs the Bee will not be liable for any missing basic mail that does not include tracking. If you've opted for Registered (tracking) postal option, please reach out to me with your tracking details.
